Children may sometimes show difficult behaviours and because of this, you wish you know how to support and nurture children’s growth. Effective Care Giving (ECG) addresses your common caregiving concerns you have for the children under your care. - Set boundaries with children with rules to follow
- Help children manage their inappropriate behaviour
- Set aside time for active discussions with children
- Guide children to solve problems and make better decisions on their own

Josephine Loh Biography She was in the pioneer group of trainers in the Triple P programme (Positive Parenting Programme), spearheaded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), conducting the Level 2, 3 and 4 interventions in primary and secondary schools since 2014. Josephine also supports ... the families of typically developing children as well as children with special needs through The Incredible Years Training series, namely The Incredible Parent programmes and The Incredible Years Small Group Dinosaur (Therapy) programme for children. Other evidence-based programmes conducted by Josephine are Common Sense Parenting and Signposts for Building Better Behaviour.

Shaun Liu Biography Providing social ... work, counselling and case work services to guide children, youths and families to explore various resources, Shaun journeyed with the families to support them to achieve their goals. As a counsellor in a Family Service Centre, Shaun worked with families and individuals to manage a wide range of issues which can include financial, mental health, grief and suicide prevention issues. At a drop-in centre, he guided youths and children with their wellness and mental health issues.
