What You Will Learn
On completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of sales development representatives, account executives, and customer success teams in the sales process.

Assessment
You must complete an online quiz with a passing score of 80% (i.e., 12 out of 15 questions). You will be given 3 attempts to each question.
